Rest of 2023 reads. My reading pattern that I have observed since at least a couple of years is that JFM & OND are my lull quarters😂. I inevitably pick something that I avoid in exchange of scrolling reels and basically get nowhere. Writing this post is making me realise that even more as my reading speed had increased so much during pregnancy and while breastfeeding. I didn't make any use of it, at all. Let this post be a reminder. I don't read for ROI but when I know something is fun and enriching still I am wasting my eyes on reels🤷‍♀️ Anyway, onto the reads:

Year of the biggest emotional changes - 2023. The year when our new life began on 26th Oct '23 by welcoming a new life - our baby, Kabir. Cannot believe how much a day can change your life and how much we look forward to growing with him now!

Happy birthday to my first & only fashion influencer, first one to take me to the movies, the one who scared me the most with her thappad, advisor on all matters important or not, my friend and Massi who is aging like fine wine but is still cautious of mom getting to know if she is out having a glass! Wishing you a very happy birthday 🎈🎂 Stay blessed always

20 Nov'20. Need a @malikrinkle for capturing these things in the flow. Thankful for my dancing partner @rahulsharma21031991 who sometimes agrees to my dancing whims, although this one was more of his thing if I recall.

📖 4th of 2023: Bena's Summer. Picked it randomly at a children's bookstall during the World Book Fair and it's one of my favourites this year. I keep reading those romantic European summer books but this was all about a nostalgic Indian summer❤️ Thoughts now up on the blog.
